Diagnostic Imaging Gynaecology
This lecture is about minimally invasive clarification on the basis of diagnostic imaging in gynaecology. This is because gynaecological imaging includes breast diagnostics on the one hand, and diagnostics of the internal female reproductive organs and malformations of the urogenital tract on the other. Mammography, breast ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging are available for gynaecological imaging. If such an examination reveals abnormal findings, it is possible to take tissue samples without the patient having to undergo immediate surgery.
